Daily Itinerary

Day 1

Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

Start in elephant country

Picked-up at your hotel in Nairobi or airport in the morning and then drive to Amboseli National Park 5 hours drive, right at the floor of Mount Kilimanjaro Africa’s highest mountain. You will arrive in time to check-in at Kibo Safari Camp, have lunch and then take off for your first game drive spotting a variety of African wildlife against the background of the majestic snow-capped Mount Kilimanjaro. You will return to camp for dinner and your overnight stay.

Day 1: Nairobi to Amboseli National Park

Amboseli to Lake Nakuru

Wildlife session before moving on

Early morning pick up, and then drive to Lake Nakuru National Park. Known all over the world for its flamingoes, it’s alkaline and is recognized as being one of the natural wonders of the world. Lake Nakuru is now a rhino sanctuary, harbouring a population of over 40 black and over 60 white rhinos, but the flamingoes, of course, have always been the main attraction. At times there may be almost 2 million flamingoes in the residence, forming a stunningly beautiful deep pink band around the edge of the lakeshore. Arrive in time for lunch then have an afternoon game drive.

Day 2: Amboseli to Lake Nakuru

Lake Nakuru/Masai Mara

Scenic movement into Kenya's premier reserve

Depart early morning to Maasai Mara National Reserve, it holds on as one of the few places left on earth where wildlife still lives comparatively undisturbed, in the numbers that once roamed the plains and forests of Africa. As the northern tip of the vast Serengeti ecosystem, the Mara hosts the spectacular seasonal migration of many thousands of Wildebeest, Zebras and attendant predators. Arrive in time for lunch then have an afternoon game drive while dinner and overnight at Masai Mara Sopa lodge

Day 4

Masai Mara Game Drive

Classic reserve safari day

After breakfast from the lodge, you will spend full day on game drive with picnic lunches you will have great chance spot wildebeest and zebra, lions, impala, buffaloes, huge hippo pods and huge tree trunk sized crocodiles and return at the lodge for dinner and overnight at Mara Sopa lodge

Final wildlife session and drive back
